Roles and Responsibilities

• Candidates must enjoy working in a team, and must be use to working in a large formally staffed organisations (boutique hotel|fine dining restaurant|private household);
• Candidates must be skilled, attentive, with an innate eye for details, with proven food and beverage service skills, including cocktails making, drink & table-service;
• Candidates must be scrupulously organized and show proven skills in: packing/unpacking and valeting duties
• Responsible for all aspects of service and maintaining standards throughout the homes
• Keeping wine cellar inventories and having knowledge regarding fine wines.
• Housekeeping duties such as early morning refreshment of The Master's dressing room and office, and regular cleaning of kitchen area
• Silver service abilities when required. 
• Maintenance and regular upkeep of household silver.
• Occasional flower arranging and floral maintenance.
• Maintaining constant open communications with other departments such as Security and Housekeeping relating to the movements and wishes of Principals and Guests.

Entry Requirements

• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; 
• Candidates must be hard-working, dedicated and always striving to better themselves; 
• Must be happy to pend periods on a motor yacht;
• Fluency in English
• PC users, familiarity with standard software and use of mobile devices.
• Candidates must enjoy travel, and be happy to travel at short notice, and be unflustered when travel locations change at the last minute.
• Candidates must be immaculately presented at all times.
