Seasonal Chef I Naples, Florida, USA

$3,000-$5,000 per week (DOE)

Applicants must hold a green card or the right to work in the USA to apply for this role.

Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity to join a talented culinary team supporting a private family with a deeply personal approach to service and appreciation for precisely executed culinary experiences. The role is based in Naples, Florida, within a portfolio of luxury properties that operates with the precision and polish of a five-star resort. We are seeking a Chef to work as part of a broader culinary team to deliver a refined, innovative, and consistently exceptional dining experience for the principal, family members, and guests.

The position supports both daily service and special events and requires a unique balance of technical mastery, intellectual creativity, and professional discernment. The ideal candidate independently analyzes complex culinary challenges, formulates original solutions, and exercises discretion in all aspects of meal planning, preparation, and presentation. This is not a routine kitchen role involving standardized tasks; it is a position requiring advanced specialized knowledge, sophisticated professional judgment, and the consistent application of culinary theory and technique to create bespoke dining experiences.  The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, adapts seamlessly to change, and takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise. This is not a routine kitchen role; it is a hands-on, service-driven position for someone who naturally embodies an “anything, anytime” mentality. If you bring creative energy to every meal and continually seek to elevate standards through independent innovation, then this is the role for you!

In this role, the Chef will regularly engage with a variety of internal and external contacts, including family members, estate staff, external contractors, family office personnel, corporate employees, and high-profile guests. The Chef must exercise independent professional discretion in these interactions, autonomously assessing situations and making real-time decisions regarding service delivery, menu adaptations, and meal service.

This is a full-time, seasonal position and requires flexibility for longer hours and weekends, as needed. This role will report to work at the main property and will include travel to other properties within the portfolio on a periodic basis or as needs require.
