Roles and Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating operational meetings and making travel and logistics arrangements.
  • Managing diaries and schedules independently.
  • Facilitating coordination between different teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Creating budgets and timelines to assist in project preparation and approval.
  • Generating various daily and weekly reports, filtering information for relevance and importance.
  • Preparing for meetings and engagements in advance, supporting the RE Operations Manager, (UK, Europe and Middle East) in key meeting preparation.
  • Handling record keeping and travel expense reimbursements and reporting

Entry Requirements

  • A degree or relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in operational or project management roles with a focus on delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels and foster a collegial work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A desire to learn and a passion for expanding knowledge across various sectors.
  • Ability to coordinate work across different time zones.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed (30-50% of the time)
