This is a lovely long-term role suited to an experienced maternity nurse who can provide calm, professional guidance while supporting parents within a fully staffed private household environment The family based in Morocco are seeking an experienced Maternity Nurse to support a young couple with their second baby, due end of August. The family already employ a nanny, however they are now looking for a highly experienced maternity professional to take over full support moving forward, helping guide the family with feeding, sleeping, routines and overall newborn care as the baby grows. The household is fully staffed, so the successful candidate should be confident working collaboratively within a team environment while also being happy to take initiative and provide experienced guidance where needed. This role will suit an experienced maternity nurse who is professional, emotionally intelligent and confident supporting families within a staffed private household. The family are looking for an English speaking Maternity Nurse, however basic understanding of French would be an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

* Certified maternity nurse required, available from the end of August

* Shared-care role alongside a second maternity nurse, working in rotation

* Initial schedule mainly daytime shifts, plus 1–2 night shifts per week

* Shift structure will evolve after the first few months, with both nurses alternating schedules

* Full newborn care, including feeding, sleep, hygiene, and daily routines

* Establishing and maintaining age-appropriate routines and structure

* Sleep training support and guidance

* Monitoring developmental milestones and supporting early development

* Supporting transition to solid foods when appropriate

* Maintaining very high hygiene and cleanliness standards in all baby-related areas

* Working flexibly with changing schedules and household needs

* Travelling with the family when required

* Collaborating respectfully and smoothly with household staff and the second nurse
