OUR PROCESS

Every employer is different, and every home has its own unique style! To minimize the chances of an unsuccessful placement, we will always meet candidates, take the opportunity to discuss roles in detail, review work experience, check references and ensure that a candidate’s own experience, style and expectations are aligned to those of our clients and their homes.

APPLICATION

For your application to be considered please ensure that your CV is up to date and include written references and referee contact details. Photo ID will need to be provided along with your certificates or supporting documents, Chefs should attach 6 photos of dishes they have prepared themselves.

PERSONAL MEETING

Once we have properly reviewed your application, we will contact you to organise a personal face-to-face meeting at our offices. It should be noted: SKYPE/video conference interviews will only be used in very exceptional circumstances.

APPRAISAL & DECISION

At our meeting, we will be able to discuss the vacancies which correspond to your own skills and experience, and if we confirm a good match, we will seek your approval to present your candidature to our client(s).
