We are looking for a well-practiced, enthusiastic Butler/Valet, with proven butler skillsets and impeccable valet and wardrobe care skills.
Travelling with the Principal who is based in the USA (West Coast), the role will require extensive travel to the East Coast (NYC), along with destinations in Europe, Asia and Australasia. During busy periods of travel, the Butler/Valet will be on call 24/7, but there with be good periods of downtime to take when the client's schedule is quiet.

SALARY
150,000 to 175,000 US$ per annum D.O.E.

Roles and Responsibilities
Day to Day Tasks
- Travelling with Principal to attend to personal and business requirements
- Management of Principal’s wardrobe in liaison with personal tailor
- Packing and unpacking for Principal’s travel
- Ironing, refreshing and hanging garments on arrival at destinations
- Pre-dinner drink service at destinations
- Liaison with catering in hotels to set up lunches and dinners in suite
- Ensuring preferred products and brands on hand for travel and at estinations including pre-ordering in hotels
- Inventory of Principal’s wardrobe in all locations
Admin, Logistics and Miscellaneous Tasks
- Liaison with EA regarding Principal’s movements
- Liaison with Boat Captain and Estate Manager regarding usage and support requirements for boat
- Liaison with family office re financial requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT, electronic and security systems.
- Liaison with providers of IT and electronic systems for quick recovery of system failures.
Accommodation
Generally: Own room while travelling (private residence / yacht / hotel etc)
Entry Requirements
- Extensive experience working for UHNW individuals
- Previous experience travelling with Principal to international destinations
- Ability to travel with passport and ability to work in the USA
- Hands-on approach to all manner of tasks along with flexibility and adaptability
- Valeting, wardrobe management, packing and unpacking skills and experience
- Valeting experience to include ability to make minor repairs
- Proficient computer skills
- Outstanding eye for detail and fastidious attention to detail
