Roles and Responsibilities

General Cleaning & Household Upkeep

• Vacuum, dust, and deep-clean all rooms, ensuring a spotless living environment.
• Maintain and clean chimneys, fireplaces, and other areas requiring specialized care.
• Clean and polish silverware using designated cleaning substances.
• Load and empty the dishwasher while handling delicate dishware with care.
• Ensure all furniture and surfaces are cleaned and maintained per household preferences.

Laundry & Linen Management

• Wash, iron, and carefully store high-quality linens, including bed sheets and towels.
• Change and make beds with fresh linens as per the family’s standards.
• Keep all wardrobes and storage areas organized with clean, neatly folded linens.

Kitchen & Bathroom Maintenance

• Ensure the kitchen is always clean, organized, and free of clutter.
• Keep stock of essential items such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies in all bathrooms.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene in all bathrooms, including deep cleaning as needed.

Outdoor & Additional Responsibilities

• Organize children’s toys, keeping play areas neat and clutter-free.
• Clear and tidy up toys daily to maintain an organized and welcoming home environment.

Entry Requirements

• Proven experience as a housekeeper in a luxury household or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products, especially for delicate materials and silverware.
• Ability to follow specific instructions regarding cleaning and household maintenance.
• Discretion, trustworthiness, and respect for household privacy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform housekeeping tasks efficiently.
• Experience handling luxury household items and materials.
• Familiarity with high-end cleaning products and proper usage.
• Ability to manage household stock levels and report any shortages.
