An experienced Gardener with an accredited horticultural qualification (Level 2 or above) is sought for a substantial estate looking to make significant changes to organic practices. This position would suit a proactive, committed, and hands-on gardener who has demonstrable experience of working within a private estate or prestigious public garden. Joining a well-established team of a garden supervisor and 3 gardeners. The garden offers a mix of formal garden parterres around the house, flower beds, kitchen garden, lawns, wildflower meadows and woodlands. A candidate who has a good understanding of organic, biodynamic, and sustainable practices is essential as they are looking to convert the entire estate to this and moving away from your traditional chemical heavy garden practices.
