Our lovely, long-standing clients, who live in Naples, Florida, are seeking a well-presented, articulate and highly organised Executive/Personal Assistant. The EA/PA will work Monday to Friday 9am-6pm a week, based predominantly in the family's private office in Naples (this is NOT a WFH job).
The PA will work collaboratively with the Principal. In addition to undertaking day-to-day tasks, they will be required to focus on a number of research projects, including overseeing inventorying, and arranging personal travel arrangements.
Because this candidate will be in a privileged and trusted position, they must consequently be able to present impeccable, checkable, references, a DBS, and proven experience of holding a similar role(s).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chairman, CFO and/or other office staff.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the Chairman.
- Schedule meetings on behalf of the Chairman; maintain Chairman’s calendar.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, email and other communication or memos on behalf of the Chairman, review contents, determine importance, and summarize and/or distribute contents to as appropriate.
- Perform office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Run errands and occasional driving of Chairman to outside appointments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Eligibility
- Self directed and confident with the ability to work calmly with principal who need to be informed of appropriate information in a timely fashion
- Great positive attitude with excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Cultural sensitivity
- Detail oriented with strong multi tasking abilities
- Related experience in a similar position
- Superb English language skills and competency in at least one additional language
- Courteous, mature, high energy, dependable, discreet, honest and responsible character.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great computer skills in MS Office software
- Be well groomed
- Non smoking
- Able to sign and adhere to confidentiality agreement
